      Job stability and plenty of opportunities to grow. Always something to be done. Kept me busy. Solid pay for consultants.

      Cons

      This business recently merged Gryphon and ESP together so my coworkers treat it like a team sport. Childishly competitive about it. Management has been pushing for a change of culture, though.
