Gryphon has been a great work place that leads teams into a goal setting environment. Management is always thinking of new ideas for us to do our best as a team. This job has given me more opportunities for growth in my career. My favorite part is the hours and as a full time employee we earn 6 weeks of PTO. I’m able to balance working fulltime and enjoy my family since we start earlier in the morning. Aside from the work environment and flexibility of my schedule, our company gives back to the community with fun activities! We’ve been able to help give Thanksgiving feast boxes, animal shelter support and student backpacks. Gryphon is a great company to work for and I’m grateful for the way my skills have built these last two years.

I have been with the company for over 13 years. They care about all of their employees and will go above and beyond to do whatever it takes to make you successful in whatever path you choose to take. There is so much room for advancement and the training that is provided is excellent and very hands on! I am so grateful to Gryphon for keeping us all safe during the pandemic and allowing us to work from home. We can all feel confident that they will not bring us back into the building until it is safe! Best company I have ever worked for!
