Pros
The company has been growing and bringing in new and interesting clients, which makes the work feel exciting. Even while growing, it still has a good culture and supports hybrid working, which I think a lot of people appreciate. There are also different departments like creative, media, and tech, so you can get exposure to different areas and learn from different teams. If you are someone who wants to grow and take initiative, there are opportunities to do that.
Cons
Because of hybrid working, you do need to be quite independent and manage your own time well. As the company grows and more new people join, there can sometimes be small disruptions to workflow while everyone adjusts. But overall it has been manageable.
