Pros
I loved my time at GCP and gained tremendous amounts of knowledge and skill during my few years there. Everyone from the management team, property management, maintenance team, etc are all great at what they do and there are high expectations of all employees. The team is constantly improving, learning, and growing, which makes for a great work environment. Team members are given flexibility and benefits that make work-life balance easy to manage.
Cons
Employees are expected to be very self-motivated to get their tasks done and manage their workload properly. Management does provide support, but if this is an area of struggle, then this may not be the employer for you.

This is an absolutely great place to work if you are self-driven and take pride in the work you do. We are given the freedom to work the way we want as long as it all gets done. Clear direction and trust that employees will perform as they are hired to do. I love working for someone who knows exactly what he wants and has clear expectations of the staff. I love being part of the amazing projects created by this company.
Cons
If you aren't self-driven, this isn't the place for you. If you just want a paycheck and not a career, you need to move on.
