      The people, the mission, the culture, even the work itself was a truly special experience.

      Cons

      Definitely a startup rollercoaster ride, but I wouldn't hesitate to go on it again!

      Pros

      The people and the atmosphere make coming to work feel less like a job and more like a place to push your passion. I work at Greatist because I believe in the message and I believe in why Derek created the site.

      Cons

      We are still small; no matter what your role is, you will be doing other things to help out other teams. You need to thrive in that environment!
