This year’s Diwali celebration was exceptionally well organised a full day of bonding, activities, food, and celebration. The culture encourages passion-driven work. You naturally feel connected to what you’re building. Communication expectations outside work hours are rare and only during go-lives or critical demos. Personally, I don’t find it wrong it’s like when a friend calls you because you know something and can solve it in a minute rather than them struggling unnecessarily....
