      Pros

      The company implemented a long-term strategy plan and it's delivering results. Hybrid work-environment with an anchor day on Wednesdays. Team is getting better at supporting each other after the anonymity of Covid took over.

      Cons

      None. Some employees complain but the grass isn't greener elsewhere unless you get out of the industry.

      Pros

      Balance between work and home life in the admin position is clear and easy to follow. Hybrid work schedule is a great perk. Tasks are relatively easy and understandable. Working with a team of admin helps distribute the workload.

      Cons

      Work so closely with claims adjusters making the next career step being a claims adjuster easy but if that is not what you want it may be hard to find another role. Lower pay across the industry for admin. This position only pays so much and the only way to make more seems to be moving to another role within the company.
