      - Schedule flexibility - Generous benefits and Time Off options - Strong focus on work/life balance - Reasonable work expectations - Freedom to explore knowledge base and advance personal knowledge - Frequent Training and Informative updates - Transparency - A genuine sense of fellowship from top to bottom

      Cons

      Since Grain Technology is still a start-up the team and it's functions are in a constant state of change, which isn't necessarily a Con, but often results in customer frustration and confusion. As a branch off of that point, the focus on growth can sometimes neglect existing issues (especially with app functionality) instead of focusing on rolling out a polished product first before working on advancement.

      We're so glad there are so many Pros and especially that they're Pros we were very intentional about before we had any employees!       Pros

      The leadership, people, product, and culture at Grain are all fantastic. I would highly recommend working for Grain if you want a fast-paced environment where you will learn a ton and work with awesome people!

      Cons

      Engineering and Customer Service teams don't talk about much unless there is a problem
