      Great commissions . Good ethics and values, training all the time . amazing office . Open door policy to all Directors and owners

      Cons

      Can be stressful sometimes when really busy but that’s business. Had some bad recruitments in the past that would rather complain and blame management instead of admitting they weren’t doing the work
