      Pros

      The work environment at Gotham is very collaborative. Team members are welcoming and supportive of new hires. The benefits are excellent. Work-life balance is very good as well. Many employees have been at the company for significant periods of time, and promotions are common. Employees get along well and frequently meet up outside of work.

      Cons

      It's a family business, so it's not a complete meritocracy. Otherwise, there's little to complain about!

      Pros

      I joined Gotham recently and I'm very happy I decided to do so. I have found a great work environment where everyone is friendly, understanding and willing to help. I felt comfortable from day 1. I also love that Gotham's extensive and ever-growing portfolio provides opportunity for career advancement.

      Pros

      Gotham is a great employer. Upper management cares about each individual that works here on a personal and professional level. During COVID-19, leadership was committed to keeping every person employed when many were laying off staff. The Pickets care about their people, the products they develop, and our community.
