      Pros

      Smart, engaging, talented people. Great hiring practices, an eye for attracting talent. Office environment is welcoming and fosters community. Top managers have mentoring attitudes, good opportunities for education in your role.

      Cons

      Limited parking reimbursement can cause day to day stress for employees. It may seem small, but covering parking up to $15.00 could improve employee quality of life by reducing daily parking garage hassles/struggles and help them feel more valued.

      Awesome benefits from 12 weeks paid paternity leave, Doula support, onsite gym with classes, weekly lunches, yummy snacks and drinks and Paid Time Off. Also enjoy the hybrid schedule for a great work life balance.

      There have been significant changes which are appreciated.
