      Great benefits, tons of perks, overall positive environment. Management is supportive and cares about their employees. Goal is an amazing place to work!

      I personally cannot think of any cons. I’ve been with the company for a little over a year and have only had a positive experience!

      No Better Place!!!

      Pros

      The culture is amazing, the employees are number one in their book. They focus on building their employees into a career not just a job. The diversity and inclusion outrank any other place in Sioux Falls, Employees receive many incentives that are not offered anywhere else.
