      Pros

      Company has always contributed the maximum amount into the profit sharing or 401K accounts. If you started in your twenties you are guaranteed to retire with at least a million dollars in your 401K plan. Inside sales people are working 3 weeks at home and 1 week in the office.

      Cons

      It does require hard work, but for salary jobs, there is no required overtime and normal working hours.
