Pros

Tight knit group. Yeah, we have stressful holidays and we handle some high emotions on the customer front, but at the end of the day we have an incredible team. The owner has an open door policy and is constantly looking out for the customers feedback and encourages ideas that keep pushing us forward.

Cons

Holiday hours can be hectic, but it's only one month out of the year.
