      Great Company Culture

      Pros

      The culture at GRF is great. Most of the people and partners are really nice and easy to work with. They encourage growth from within and have an HR team with a career development division that supports this. They have a lot of company events like summer picnics, bowling and baseball nights.

      Cons

      Some of their back end processes are confusing.
