      This is the best company I have worked for

      Pros

      This company provides so much support. They keep everyone up to date with what is going on. They have great processes in place. Amanda, the VP of Property Management is great about making sure everyone at every level understands what is going on or how to do something.

      Cons

      The pay is lower than other places with same job description.

      Pros

      Sabine, the CEO, is amazing. She knows the ins-and-outs of real estate and energy and surrounds herself will smart people too. Her and all the executives are very approachable and make you want to work hard.

      Cons

      As the company continues to progress, one needs to ready for change.

      Pros

      Gaedeke Group is an excellent place to work. I learned a lot there about the industry and was treated very fairly. It is very fast paced. I always felt like I was contributing and my opinion mattered.

      Cons

      I worked a lot of overtime. I don't feel like I was paid fairly relative to market standards. But the knowledge that I gained was invaluable.
