      Great Technology Stack and Great People

      Pros

      The team work is very good. There is no gap between manager-senior-junior in term of communication and involvement. Manager will assign a task, give some guidance and trust you to complete it. Everyone is available to help each other. Work life balance and flexibility is great.

      Cons

      Generally, there is no cons. Personally, the technical stuff for my role was not challenging enough. But still, I enjoyed it.
