      Pros

      Great team, great individuals. Talented management. When your company does really well, it makes it fun to be at work. It's fun to work here.

      Cons

      Can sometimes be slow in decision making, especially when it comes to spending money. But, that's also why they have always been so financially stable.

      Pros

      G5 is a great company to work for. While recently going through some large changes, the team has remained solid. Management is extremely understanding and flexible. They genuinely care about each employee. I feel 100% comfortable expressing my opinions to them without fear of retribution. It is rare in a company that you could call up the President and have a chat, and here at G5, the President calls you to check in to make sure everything is going well and see if you need help with anything. I especially enjoy the freedom that my position provides me with. I am happy to wake up and come to work in the morning because of this company and my teammates.

      Cons

      Sometimes with freedom, comes undisciplined individuals taking advantage of "the system." While the majority of the team is diligent about holding themselves to a higher standard, a select few are provided with leniency that is undeserved thus creating friction with those that act responsibly consistently.
