Pros
The people I work with here are amazing, unique, and bright. We truly lean on each other for support, guidance and ideas. Our new CEO has really cultivated a space to shine and excel in whatever area you are interested in. Start ups are very very difficult, and they are not for anyone that isn't up for a challenge. We have been through a lot of changes, and a lot of ups and downs as we navigate this space, but we have persevered and it is paying off. Those of us who have stuck around through all the changes, are so proud of where we are now. During my time here, I have learned so much about how to run a business, market myself, and manage stress. You have to be able to roll with the punches, be adaptable and self sufficient. These are all skills that we need in our lives as we get older. We may have stressful times, but we also laugh together, cry together, and learn together. I am blessed to work with such a dynamic group of individuals with a team leader that really believes in us, our product, and our company. I refuse to use anything but our hemp oil...nothing comes even close.
Cons
It's mind consuming and time consuming at times, so it is important to have your own boundaries so you do not get overwhelmed. This is why with any job it is important to stay healthy, workout, meditate, and take time for yourself.
