Pros

Hours are flexible, treats young employees with more respect than most places imo, lots of variety in work, opportunities for growth and pay raises, good entry level work

Cons

Some inconsistent policies. Shift managers tend to bear the brunt of the worst from poor upper management decisions, uncooperative employees, and rude customers. (I wasn't a shift manager, this is just what I observed)

- Made lots of friends - Management was awesome to hang out with and talk to - Managers never micromanage workers (unless you're new) - Will be trained on everything (pending age) - Discounts on food at snack bar - Holiday events - lots of interaction with public

Cons

- Sometimes you get sent home early even if you don't want to go because of slow business

Pros

I worked here for several years and summers from middle school through college and the job itself is great. Co-workers are awesome and helping the customers make some fantastic memories definitely showed on the job.

Cons

First month or so can be rough because you will be put at the most demanding/children attractions to make sure you can handle the pressure/work environment. After that, if you perform well, you are given more responsibility and training to operate the more popular/compelling attractions.
