Pros
Friendship continuously responds to best meet the needs of those it serves. Such response includes: investing in new accomodations of care, renovations and enhancements to existing physical plants, providing extensive learning and continuing education programs to current employees of all professional backgrounds, has an active employee empowerment council, visionary leadership with a dedicated focus to make Friendship not only the best place to retire to but for employees to also retire from.
Cons
Opportunities present for the ongoing recruitment, training and retention of our evolving and selective workforce.

Friendship Retirement Community and their leadership team has provided such a strong platform for my personal and professional growth. Hard work does not go unnoticed and whether you are a part of the management team, the direct care staff team, the business office, or other supportive service lines, the reinvestment back into the employees far surpasses any other company I have ever worked for. Every day, my brain is stimulated, my heart is filled and I am able to work with some of the best and brightest people I have ever met.
Cons
Trying to identify the downside to working at Frienship is difficult. Of course, everyone has difficult, frustrating days at their job, no matter where they work. The solution to working through difficult days is having supportive and caring team members and a supervisor to help problem solve and work through frustrations. I can honestly say that I have ALWAYS had that support working at Friendship.
