      Pros

      I have been working for this company for about 9 months. I work in the accounting department, and I absolutely love my job and love the people that I work with! I can't say enough about the people from the HR personnel to the management staff. Everyone wants to see you succeed. The company is going through a lot of changes and it is going through a very fast growth phase. I am looking forward to having a long career at this company.

      Cons

      Because of the rapid growth, a lot of new policies are being implemented that don't get communicated in a timely manner. Still, if you can roll with the fast changing environment I can promise that you will not be bored working here.
