      Friendly diversified workplace with a fast-paced challenging environment. New lines of business presented many opportunities for growth and changing roles.

      Cons

      Constant change in business model and direction of company led to an inefficient work process. Salaries were lower than average.

      Good opportunity and company overall. Several bad apples spoil a bunch.

      Pros

      Flexibility, office perks, and monthly incentives. Even when the company was struggling, the monthly bonuses were not cut off.

      Cons

      Constant negativity and complaining from the staff. Never ever satisfied. Very annoying to have to listen to people complain all day while some people are trying to do their work and actually wanted to be there. Employees have such disrespect for their peers and management it was disgusting. What kind of a job can you come in late, leave early, take 15 breaks during the day, long lunches, talk back to your boss and in company meetings and still keep your job. People need a reality check. Good luck in the real world. Thank you Freedom!
