      FreeThink is a smaller and nimble research laboratory focused on solving complex problems. If you like to solve product development challenges, and value being around other like-minded research professionals, this is a wonderful and rewarding place to be. The company is doing big and important things!

      Pros

      Experimental projects are varied and interesting. The company is a leader in the field of accelerated stability assessment and has the only commercial software product of its kind. Client projects are quite varied. The company has been expanding steadily since it was started. It is run with long-term sustainability in mind.

      Cons

      Due to the type of study, the time scale of most projects is short. People have to be comfortable switching gears quickly. It can be challenging to work on client projects when background information is not fully provided.
