      Pros

      Leadership is very transparent with most information - more so than other firms where I worked. Pay is fair and benefits are good. Lawyers and Business Professionals know each other and have real conversations. Good teamwork in my department. The firm gave bonuses at the end of the last fiscal year to every employee due to having a very good year financially. Good work/life balance.

      Cons

      The firm is growing rapidly so there are growing pains, but leadership is sincere in addressing them.
