Benefits, management, great work life balance philosophy. No micro managing. HR onsite for any questions regarding benefits. The extra perks like pretty much monthly lunches and special surprises , Coffee, teas supplied for us. Great vibe in the office. Close and free parking. Holidays off. Very generous and kind owners.
