      Customer Call Center

      Pros

      Great place to work because they have the best director Kenny Butler. You do have to meet a call format when handling customer calls but they try to make it by playing games. Catered lunch every other week. Supervisors help with difficult customers.

      Cons

      Some customers are mad and try your patience because their order has gone wrong somehow.

      This company offered great benefits and advancement opportunities. The management was concerned with team building and coaching. overall this company had a good work environment.

      Cons

      I really can't think of any I would still be there if it wasn't so far from where I live.
