      The SLT really care about their staff and work very hard to provide opportunities for new projects

      Cons

      Not many cons really, the environment is supportive and there are opportunities to work with high profile clients. Sometimes things take time to action but this is due to SLT working so hard.

      Lots of talented people A good work/life balance with a 'no crunch' attitude The first time in a job that I've felt truly valued Mental health support Interesting and varied projects some of which being very high profile

      There is no yearly bonus (Extra week off given around christmas/new year instead)
