If you are comfortable being challenged, then Flipt is for you. On my 2nd day in, I was assigned tasks, and I was a bit nervous about completing them correctly. I soon learned it's a true start-up environment. You need to be resourceful and an independent thinker. Not be afraid to make mistakes to learn. I've learned so much in my short time here. Direct and transparent management style because they don't have time to sugar coat expectations. Learning at warp speeds. Recruited and retained some very talented folks.
