Flexibility with scheduling and management team does an excellent job of communicating with sales team. Also compensation structure encouraged employees to work hard for sales and rewarded them for their hard work.

Cons

Hours of operation. There are times when the store was dead on a consistent basis so don’t know if hours of operation reflect the most profitable hours
