Nice people to work with, including the bosses. Good benefits.

You don't get to meet most of your co-workers because most people work from home or off-site.

Some VERY good senior consultants. If you're fortunate enough to get on one of their teams, you will learn a lot.
Cons
They grew through acquisition. Some of the teams are not so great.
