      Staff is really kind. Constructive criticism is good. However they do play favoritism

      Pros

      Experience for entry level emts. Supervisors work with your life circumstances and hardships. Their ems connections are great for advancement opportunities.

      Cons

      They play favoritism and depending on who the supervisor is they can just critique what you do e.i how you fill out the transport form for not apparent reason

      Pros

      Very relaxed company atmosphere. All of the employees seem to enjoy the job and company.

      Cons

      Employees call off at times and that will make it difficult, but that is everywhere. By comparison to other ems companies, call volume, management, nature of calls... great place to work. Response times are difficult to make that are mandated by the city.

      Pros

      Ability to meet different kinds of people in different situations. Networking with different kinds of professions in a medical setting. Ability to continue learning about the latest medical interventions.

      Cons

      The mandatory two hour increase in a work day if supervisor decides to. Heavy lifting.
