I have work at FPS for about a year. I have always had great services from my supervisor and others in the company. The work sometimes has long days if we are shot on personnel. Which happens at any company. It’s a great retirement job for me. Hope to stay many years. My experience with my supervisors have always been a positive one. They continue to work with me on any issues that I may have.

FPS provides a serious security environment that comes with a strong sense of duty and pride. Much of the work has employees working along side law enforcement and other emergency service. FPS requires employees to operate independently and make important judgement calls and maintain good order over various client sites. This give the employee a great sense of responsibility. Loyalty & hard work are rewarded at FPS. A solid career path is available to employees who take their job seriously and operate according to appropriate guidelines.
