Pros

The best things are how they help you grow. Your manager will work with you to find your career goals and help you towards it. They even offer overshadow/mentorship programs which is amazing. The managers are very helpful and really nice. They are very supportive.

Cons

The seating arrangement. You have to pick the cubicle you are sitting at for every day you are in the office. Sometimes you run out of space so you will have to work alone in a collaboration room all by yourself.

Great company with excellent benefits. Over the last 5 years Wintrust has provided many training and development opportunities. The departments do a lot of engagement functions with lunches and events. The environment is one of work hard and play hard. Lots of nice little perks and good benefits.

Cons

Continuing to grow aggressively so roles change with new functions being added.
