I joined Finstro about 6 months ago. I have worked in multiple companies over the last 25 years and can confirm that Finstro is a great place to work, I have been made to feel very welcome, given adequate support and direction since I started. Finstro have a great culture, we are looked after with lots of additional extras such as stocked kitchen, monthly lunches all supplied, hybrid working options and very reasonable employment conditions.

Having been with Finstro for a meaningful period of time, I can say with confidence that it offers a genuinely strong environment for professionals who want to grow, contribute meaningfully, and be part of something evolving. It’s unfortunate to see a pattern of negative reviews that appear reactionary and inconsistent with the real employee experience. One review doesn’t define a company - and neither do ten. What does is the day-to-day reality of its people, values, and culture. The Good: • Culture of collaboration and support: Finstro has built a culture where people work hard, support each other, and celebrate wins together. There’s a clear focus on respect, inclusivity, and integrity. • Leadership that listens: Leaders are visible, approachable, and open to feedback. This isn’t just talk, I’ve seen concrete changes happen as a result of employee input. • Diverse and global: With teams across Australia, the US, and the Philippines, the company actively values different perspectives and cultural backgrounds. • Opportunities for growth: If you’re driven and results-oriented, you’ll get noticed. Many colleagues have moved into bigger roles, taken on cross-functional projects, or been promoted because of merit. • Fast-paced and meaningful work: The environment is dynamic, which can be challenging but also rewarding for those who enjoy solving problems and driving impact.
