They provide consultant-style staffing services versus the classic "spaghetti throw" of resumes that I've seen at larger firms. With many years of experience in the DFW market, heavy involvement in local charity and networking groups, an extensive candidate database, and realistic rates and fees, Financial Additions is hard to beat!
