Pros

Great pay well above minimum wage. Managers were very attentive and kind. Lots of exercise.

Cons

Weather conditions in winter and middle of Summer can be pretty rough, especially if using bike for transport. Sometimes poorly trained dogs cause lot of issues in actually being able to finish a walk.

Pros

I've been working here for quite some time now, and I don't agree with most of these negative reviews. I know there has been a lot of change with reorgs and management, but I still have complete confidence in this company, and we have to remember this is still privately owned. The upper-level management is honest about the financial health and the reasons for their decisions. If you ask the CEO any question, he is happy to answer it. The company is doing very well and keeps pace with the current climate, constantly finding new revenue sources. If you work at Fetch and do your job well, you have job security.

Cons

I think every job in this market is a bit understaffed at the moment, so you can be extremely busy at times and have to pitch in to help other team members.

Pros

Fetch believes in recognizing and rewarding people who do great work. High performers are valued, and leadership makes it clear that hard work and strong contributions matter. I left our recent leadership offsite feeling genuinely inspired, it was incredibly special to bring leaders together, align on the future, and be part of shaping what’s next for Fetch. There’s a strong sense of ambition, collaboration, and momentum.

Cons

The pace can move very quickly, which sometimes makes it challenging for everyone to keep up, a pretty normal part of a hyper growth environment.

Thank you for this. The offsite was a meaningful moment for us too—there's something energizing about bringing leaders together to align on our vision and the opportunities ahead. The point about pace is a fair one. Growth and innovation often bring change, and we're continually focused on creating clarity, strengthening communication, and helping teams stay connected as we evolve. Thank you for sharing your experience and for being part of helping shape Fetch's future.
