Pros

I found great satisfaction working on and designing on Ferrara Fire Truck Chassis. No where else will you be challenged to load so much equipment, in such little real estate. The trucks are equipped with very cool equipment FFA is a place where you can really be all you can be.Vocations run from entry level skills to veteran technicians. There are too many trades to count. It is a very satisfying experience when a chassis rolls out the door to be fitted with a body.

Cons

The disciplinary policies are not enforced equally. Chain of command is not transparent. These are the only issues I have with this company. Mr. Ferrara is a good businessman and I feel he treats everyone with dignity and respect as deserved.
