Pros

You get a chance to work with some really smart, creative, and professional co-workers with a broad range of backgrounds and knowledge, so you can really learn a lot. The projects at Farm are complex and interesting, and you get to learn something new with each new project, and at the end of the day, you are contributing to the design of amazing, life-changing, cutting edge medical products that really make a difference. We also get to work in a great office space, and our company culture is great, with flexible, hybrid schedules, and genuine, mutual respect for each other.

Cons

Farm is a little out in the country, so if you like an urban lifestyle, it comes down to where you choose to live. You can still have that, but it just means you are a little further from the office, with Boston about an hour away. But southern New Hampshire is so close to so many different things: from the office you can get to the coast or the mountains in less than an hour.

Pros

Culture is great, and you won't find better people to work with. Lots of variety and a fast-paced environment that keeps you on your toes.

Cons

Locations is beautiful, but a little isolated. Flex policy doesn't always apply to consulting needs.
