Business outlook
Pros
Though a small private company, they are growing and doing great. Everyone is very easy to get along with and everyone knows everyone. A lot of employees will go out to lunch together as well. Though a business, it also feels like another family.
Cons
None really. Everyone is laid back, but takes their jobs seriously. Even the owner and upper management are easy to get along with.
