      Pros

      Its a growing enterprise and has got great growth outlook. Management has very clear vision and ensures that entire is sees the same vision and works towards the same.

      Cons

      Excessive trust on team. It never works. No matter whatever may the scenario results should speak for themselves. Up to a point trusting team is good but beyond that it should only be results.

      Pros

      Very flexible environment and helpful team. Not even a single day has passed that I have not been interacted with. Currently assigned to a very challenging project for a leading BFSI MNC. What I appreciate is the hand holding by senior team where ever required and still pushing us to go for the challenges. Very vibrant and positive environment.

      Cons

      I don't see any as such. Company is growing at rapid pace and I am sure people issues will arise no matter what as have seen some around.
