      Pros

      It is a great place to grow your career. Excellent management team that listens to your ideas. Pays well and encourages growth. Lots of new products and potential for much more.

      Don't really like the open office space.

      A realistic environment with less stress than big corporations. Catered meals a few times a year for employee appreciation and holidays. Several breaks a day for the workers. Pay is comparable for the industry.
