      True Remote work available! Open communication with management, PTO, Insurance benefits, they work to train you, technology forward remote call center assistance, Monthly bonuses structures in most all departments

      Cons

      lower base position pay for area but with full remote work for those positions it DOES help balance it out.

      Pros

      Current employee over 5 years. Love the friendly employees and management. Everyone helps each other. It is what it is with collections, but its not a reflection of the company or management. Funny that I see current employees with negative reviews. They should take their own advice. We have fun in my department. High productivity, little stress, bonuses are great.

      Cons

      Insurance premiums go up each year.
