      Pros

      Flexible Hours, able to leave work when need and make up the lost hours without using vacation. Growth from 67 employees when I started to 430 just in 10 years. Nice new building. GREAT Benefits!

      Cons

      Very young and inexperienced Management and Engineers. Many are stuck in a position with no chance of advancement. Some are overworked 70-80hr/week, working over 300hr/year of OT leading to burnout! Meeting shipping dates seems to be more important then the Product Quality which is not as good as it could be. Ship it now, fix it later.

      Been able to learn a lot about computer hardware and Linux Autonomy to choose some side projects

      Cons

      Decent amount of down-time with basically nothing to do Some tasks are tedious and boring

      Pros

      EES has a very friendly environment, the management specially the BOD is very much involved with the employees and they have given all the powers to employees for making decision. Overall EES is a very good platform.

      Cons

      Business processes are to be refined and departmental targets needs to be modified.
