      Pros

      Great team of people who are motivated and work hard. Leaders are transparent, open to feedback, progressive with staying ahead of the curve, and responsive. Lots of opportunities to grow and advance.

      Cons

      It is what you make it. You need to work hard and be motivated to be successful. The industry is hard, so people need to be prepared to ride the highs and lows that come with that.

      Autonomous, friendly culture, ability to work without unrealistic expectations, and great commission structure.

      Cons

      If you are new to the industry it is a tough place to learn the ropes.

      Top workplace - fully remote sales & delivery team

      Pros

      Legitimately a great place to work. You get out what you put in - no cap on commission. If you're the kind of person that bets on themselves and enjoys working in a team atmosphere, you're not going to find a much better situation. Fully remote position for producers - excellent flexibility. Quarterly community outreach that supports other organizations in the greater Milwaukee area. Management is great about listening to folks with boots on the ground. Career progression is laid out and clear. PTO plan is progressive and considered an excellent benefit to many employees.

      Cons

      Health benefits could be better, but not terrible.
