Pros
get to work from home get to choose my hours (from whatever is available) get paid every two weeks by direct deposit get bonuses and prizes for reaching certain goals friendly and helpful coaches and supervisors training at no cost, and at my own pace
Cons
not always enough hours available to choose from occasional glitch in systems resulting in loss of productivity / pay method of scoring seller effectiveness rating is a bit mysterious

If there were shifts and appointments available the pay was pretty good. You work at home and you would make $8 per appointment. Problem was they werent keeping up their end of the bargain and eBay stopped giving us work. Work from home
Cons
They would never pay you on time. Sometimes you had shifts one week, the next week you would be making $1 an hour. No benefits. Independent Contract work so no taxes.
