A high energy start up that knows what it’s doing. Everyone is held to a high expectation and must perform to keep their job (what else would you expect, a free pass or something?). It can get competitive amongst employees but it keeps everyone on their toes.

Cons

Not many come to mind. As long as you work hard you don’t have much to worry about.
