Evolution Consultants is an amazing company! There are so many opportunities for growth in this company if you show enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. The company hires many people that have absolutely no previous experience and gives them the opportunity to start a new career path! They offer many benefits such as PTO, 401K, flexible holiday pay, setting your own work schedule times, discounts on many activities such as tickets to events through the HR system, different insurance options to choose from, fun social activities such as team building games with prizes, holiday parties, and bonus opportunities. While the company started out as a small business it has grown over the years and developed more departments, and opportunities for growth within. The flexibility and focus on family values is unparallelled. The daily work environment is a mixture of quiet focus, and loud lively laughter with the ring of "the bell", weekly shout outs, and the Java Bean Cafe conversations that I enjoy so much. We collaborate as a united team and strive to utilize the knowledge of each of the departments to give our clients the best services possible.
