      Incredible staff and management: supportive, empathetic, and proactive. This company is huge on giving and recieving feedback, so I always felt like I was growing.

      Cons

      This line of work can be exhausting and cause burnout long-term.

      Flexible, transparent, kind, collaborative, positive work environment

      Cons

      lapses in communication/understanding w/ownership and admission team, lax covid policies at times, accepted aggressive students that assaulted staff multiple times before getting kicked out of the program, low pay for industry standards across the board.

      Felt super supported by the field department and as a whole by this company in general. solid pay for wilderness field instructors, good benefits, schedule and in general alot of really great humans to be around.

      -Job is difficult in general, company does its best to be supportive of FI's -High turnover
