      Pros

      Stability and the vision for the company is to grow and be the best in the industry allowing the company and all the employees benefit both now and long-term.

      Cons

      Still navigating post-covid hybrid etc. and keeping the family feel that is so important to everyone. We aren’t alone in this I’m sure.

      My experience at Ethos was amazing! I had a great work life balance! Management cared so well for our team, and that speaks a lot about the culture at Ethos. Overall, my team was easy to work with and it made my experience great!

      I wish there was higher pay!

      Opportunities for growth, but need adaptability to excel

      Ethos Group has many opportunities for growth within the company. They are very family oriented and focus on a good work/life balance. They have great flexibility and all requires a team to get things done, nothing is left all on one person.

      Cons

      To excel at Ethos Group, being detail-oriented and being able to adapt to changes are qualities that you must have. The company is always evolving and changing to improve, so you have to be able to evolve and grow with it.
